Terms and conditions for online booking
General terms and conditions
The website www.justoptika.ee is owned and operated by Just Optika OÜ (the “Company”). By using the website, the user agrees to all the terms and conditions of use. When using the website, any activity that interferes with and/or hinders the functioning of the system is prohibited.
Personal data
By using the website, the user consents to the processing and storage of his/her personal data.
When you book an appointment via our online calendar, the user’s first name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number will be stored. Technical data (IP address, browser, operating system, etc.) may also be stored.
Personal data stored in the system will not be transferred to third parties.
Terms of use
In the online calendar, the client can book an appointment for the services offered by Just Optika and listed in the calendar.
In the online calendar, an adult natural person can book a time for him/herself and for another person.
When booking an appointment, the client must also take into account the cost of the service, which is payable on the spot.
The customer will also receive a reminder of the time booked in the online calendar to the e-mail address entered.
By booking an appointment, a contract for the provision of the service is deemed to have been concluded between the client and Just Optika OÜ, and in the event of cancellation, the client must notify the service provider before the arrival of the time booked for the service.
If necessary, a patient can modify or cancel a reservation made in the online registry by contacting the store (tel. +372 55581407 or info@justoptika.ee) or by visiting the store.
The company reserves the right to unilaterally change the booked time for organisational or other valid reasons. The customer will be informed of this using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
Right of withdrawal
The client has the possibility to cancel the booking, normally up to 24h before the start of the booked appointment.
Just Optika OÜ reserves the right to modify the terms of use of the online booking.
Any changes to the Terms of Use will be published on the booking calendar page. If the customer continues to use the online calendar after the change of the terms of use, he/she will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
